Access requirements

• Holders of a bachelor's degree or equivalent in the field of health and related sciences;
• Holders of a higher academic degree, obtained abroad, who are recognized as meeting the objectives of the bachelor's degree;
• Other applications considered appropriate, after curriculum analysis and a possible interview by the Scientific Council of the Jean Piaget University of Cape Verde.

Goals

• Train human resources with the necessary skills to work in the prevention, diagnosis, treatment, investigation and control of infectious and tropical diseases;
• Train professionals with technical skills for the design, execution and evaluation of prevention, control, management and research programs for infectious and tropical diseases;
• Train health professionals with knowledge, methods, techniques and practices in infectious and tropical diseases.

Access to other cycles:

The master's degree allows you to apply for 3rd cycles of studies (Doctorates) under legal terms.

ü  Recent criminal history record and original or certified copy (If you live on the island of Santiago).

ü  Medical certificate;

ü  2 photographs (Digital photo for residents outside the islands of Santiago or São Vicente)
