On April 28, the Jean Piaget University of Cape Verde held a tribute ceremony for former students, faculty members, managers, and technical and administrative staff who, over the years, contributed to the growth of the institution.

The initiative was part of the celebrations of UniPiaget’s 25th anniversary and aimed to recognize the role of all those who participated in the construction and consolidation of the first university in Cape Verde.

During the ceremony, a positive assessment of the institution’s journey was presented, highlighting the impact of the professionals trained by the University. Many former students currently hold leadership positions in different organizations, both in Cape Verde and abroad.

Former students, staff members, and faculty with 25 years of connection to the University received distinctions. In several testimonies, the honorees expressed satisfaction and pride in being part of the institution’s history.

On the occasion, a message was also addressed to current students, encouraging them to remain dedicated and complete their courses, while also reinforcing the importance of continuing to invest in the quality of education and academic training.
