As part of the field week and May as the Month of Science and Literature at Jean Piaget University of Cape Verde, the presentation of the National Health Research Agenda took place yesterday, May 8th, by Dr. Maria Alves. The agenda's axes and research lines were presented, aiming to guide future researchers in selecting projects aligned with health needs in Cape Verde. Additionally, efforts to raise awareness about the agenda for broader societal engagement were emphasized. Several health institutions have shown interest in the agenda, as noted during the evaluation.

This presentation engaged students from various courses, providing them with the opportunity to discuss the themes of their final projects and select corresponding research axes. This dynamic allowed for the identification of key challenges in conducting health research in Cape Verde.
