Jean Piaget University of Cape Verde and the Dois Vizinhos Campus of the Federal University of Technology – Paraná (UTFPR), in Brazil, signed a Technical Cooperation Agreement with the aim of strengthening joint actions in the fields of environmental studies and university outreach.

The agreement was published in the Official Gazette of the Union, Section 3, ISSN 1677-7069, No. 238, of December 15, 2025, and is part of Process No. 23064.045904/2025-81.

The partnership aims to create a Network of Green Rooms, within the scope of the project “From the Waves of the Iguaçu River to the Namib Desert”, to be developed in collaboration with partners from Angolan institutions.

The document was signed on December 11, 2025, by representatives of both institutions, including the Rector of Jean Piaget University of Cape Verde, Professor Dr. Joanita Cristina Rodrigues.

The initiative reinforces UniPiaget’s commitment to international cooperation, environmental sustainability, and the promotion of projects with social impact.
