The Jean Piaget University of Cape Verde joined, on September 17, 2025, in the celebration of the eight decades of life of its Founder and President, Prof. Dr. António Oliveira Cruz.

Educator and Poet, Prof. Dr. António Oliveira Cruz has dedicated his life to the cause of Education and Training, leaving a legacy that transcends borders and generations, with impact in Portugal, Cape Verde, across the CPLP, and beyond.

During the celebration, the Rector of UniPiaget Cape Verde, Prof. Dr. Joanita Cristina Rodrigues, will deliver a speech on behalf of the entire academic community, highlighting the vision, commitment, and dedication of the Founder, which continue to inspire the mission of the University.
