On April 8, the Jean Piaget University of Cape Verde presented the Association for the Support of People with Disabilities in Higher and Vocational Education in Cape Verde.

This association's mission is to promote the inclusion of people with disabilities in higher and vocational education in Cape Verde and to foster dialogue on accessibility and equality in education.

The presentation was attended by the Secretary of State for Social Inclusion, Dr. Lídia Lima, who emphasized the importance of creating this extremely important association, especially for university students with disabilities. She also highlighted that the Government is open to supporting ADESP-CV and collaborating with its projects in technical training and the qualification of its target audience.
